Contact form

The form collects your name, email address and message so I can respond to your enquiry about employment or a digital project. Please only include information needed to discuss your enquiry.

Messages are passed to my hosting provider’s mail server and sent to contact@susantasapkota.com. I use them to reply and keep relevant correspondence. Enquiries that are no longer needed are removed from my mailbox within 12 months, unless they form part of an ongoing discussion or need to be retained.

Spam protection and security

The form uses a hidden spam field, a security token and rate limiting. A keyed digest of your IP address and submission timestamps is stored temporarily to prevent repeated submissions. These records contain no message text and are removed once they are older than 24 hours by a daily cleanup task, when that task is configured. The hosting provider may keep access and mail logs for security and delivery.

Cookies and preferences

The contact form uses a temporary, essential session cookie to protect submissions. It expires when your browser session ends. Your light or dark mode choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. No advertising cookies are used.

Visitor analytics

Visitor analytics are not currently enabled. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled later, this notice will be updated.

Your information

To ask about, correct or request deletion of an enquiry, email contact@susantasapkota.com. Information may remain in hosting or mailbox backups until those backups expire.
