The short version. This is my personal website. It tells you about my work as an automotive technician and the websites I've built. You're welcome to read it, share the link and get in touch. Please don't copy it, misuse the contact form, or treat anything here as advice about your own car.

susantasapkota.com is run by me, Susanta Sapkota, on the Gold Coast, Queensland. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. How I handle your information is covered separately in my privacy notice.
T.2What the site is for
The site is a personal profile for employers and workshops looking for an automotive technician, and a portfolio of websites I've built. It is not a shop, and you can't book, buy or pay for anything through it.
T.3Information on the site
I've described my experience, qualifications and projects as accurately as I can, and I keep them up to date. Things do change, though, so please confirm anything important with me directly. My CV is on the home page as a PDF.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a guarantee of work.
T.4Not advice about your vehicle
The descriptions of the work I do are general information only. They aren't advice about any particular vehicle, and they aren't a substitute for having a qualified mechanic inspect it.
Roadworthy (safety certificate) inspections can only be carried out in person on the vehicle, at an approved inspection station, under Queensland's rules. Nothing on this website is a safety certificate or replaces one.
T.5Websites I've built
The projects on this site are shown as examples of my work. Each of those websites belongs to its owner, and their names, logos and content are theirs. Any service offered on one of those websites is provided by that business under its own terms, not by this site.
T.6Copying and using content
The text, design, photos and signature logo on this site belong to me unless marked otherwise. You're welcome to share links to any page. Please don't copy, republish or reuse the content, design or logo without asking me first.
T.7Using the contact form
Please use the form for genuine enquiries only. Don't use it to send spam, advertising, abusive or unlawful content, or anything that could harm this site or its users. I may ignore or delete messages that break this rule, and the form limits how many messages can be sent in a short time.
T.8Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, including the projects I've built. I don't control those websites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
T.9Availability and liability
I try to keep the site running smoothly, but I can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. The site is provided free and as it is.
As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
T.10Changes and governing law
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
